Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By using khelgrid.com you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept them on your behalf and manage your account.

2. Your account

Keep your login details private and your profile information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that submit false performance data, impersonate others, or abuse the platform.

3. Trials, opportunities and listings

KhelGrid lists trials, venues, coaching and events from third parties. We verify academies before a listing goes live, but we are not the organiser and do not guarantee selection, attendance, scheduling or outcomes.

Never pay a selector, scout or coach in cash for guaranteed selection. Report any such request to khelgrid@gmail.com and we will remove the listing.

4. Payments, Pro and boosts

Paid features include per-trial unlocks, the Verified Sports CV, Pro subscriptions and academy listing boosts. Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel any time and access runs to the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Digital unlocks and boosts are non-refundable once delivered, except where a listing turns out to be fraudulent or is removed by us — in that case we refund in full. Email khelgrid@gmail.com within 14 days.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the platform, resell listings, upload unlawful or abusive content, or attempt to bypass paywalls, verification or security controls.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display it so we can run the service and show your profile to academies you apply to.

8. Advertising

KhelGrid is funded partly by advertising. Ads are labelled and separated from editorial and listing content. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to change your choice.

9. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for injury, travel costs or missed opportunities arising from third-party trials and venues.
